Children must be registered and fees paid before attending Art Explorer activities unless otherwise noted as a a drop in session.
Refunds & Cancellations
Partial fees will be refunded pro rata if a child is unable to participate in club or camp due to an accident or illness per physician orders. Camp cancellations need to be made in writing 4 days or more before a session for full refunds. Cancellations made less than 4 days before camp session starts will receive a 25% refund. Full refunds for the after school club will be made if cancellations are made prior to club starting and pro rata if made during the term while club is in session.
